Shipping Policy

We ship domestic USA orders for wheelsets via Bikeflights. Other, smaller parts we ship mostly using USPS Priority/First-Class Mail. Whenever you wish a different shipping method, let us know. Wheelsets are custom made and take about 10-12 weeks to ship. The bottleneck are usually the rims, they take at least 10 weeks to be delivered. If products are in stock, orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 days. If you need items quickly, let us know. When several items are ordered together, total shipping cost will be of the most expensive item to ship. For example, if you order a wheelset we will “cram” all other items that you purchase at the time into the box at no additional shipping costs, if possible. Whenever we dispatch a shipment, a confirmation email will be send to you about the shipping details. Our store usually indicates if an item is out of stock. If not, and you place an order, we will notify you immediately and issue a refund. While we aim for your satisfaction, wheelsets are custom made and cannot be returned. Same applies to all sales items. Other items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. These items must be complete, in their original packaging, in unused condition, and shipped back to us at your expenses. Please, initiate the return process through our “Contact Us” form and give us some information that we can improve and provide you with a better future shopping experience.

Warranty Policy

Our wheelset are built from excellent components and to the highest workmanship standards. In the rare case of material or workmanship problems of any of nplus2 cycles’ products we will do our best to solve the issue to your satisfaction. Warranty coverage is for original purchasers only and is as follows:

• All our carbon rims are covered by a 5-year manufacturer warranty. A crash replacement program covering only the rims is included. Contact us for more information.
• Hubs are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. This is typically 2 years.
• Spokes and nipples are covered by 6-month warranty.
• Other parts sold by nplus2 cycles are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty.
• All sales items are covered by a shortened 6-month warranty.
• Our warranty covers only the parts involved and does not cover further damage or loss of use. No claims of fitness of use are expressed or implied.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages from exceeding the maximum weight limit, mishandling, crashing, impact damages, unintended use, exceptional events, and cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect the functionality of the product.
• Warranty claims must be initiated by contacting nplus2 cycles. Shipment to us is the original purchaser’s responsibility. If the claim is found to be valid, we will repair, replace, or refund the warranted item at our sole discretion.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which nplus2 cycles collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of the nplus2cycles website. This privacy policy applies to the website and all products and services offered by nplus2 cycles.

The email address users provide for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. If the user decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the user would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or user may contact us via our website.
