Tire sizes*

Road:
R35, R45, R55: 23 mm – 43 mm
Gravel:
G50, G38: 28 mm – 2.4"
G24 650b: 35 mm – 2.4"
Mountain:
M25: 2.1" – 2.4"
M27: 2.1" – 2.7"
M30, M30 (27.5): 2.2" – 2.7"
M35, M35 (27.5): 2.4" – 3.1"

*These are our rim manufacturer's recommendation.

Tire pressures (max.)*

Road:
23 mm ∼ 110 psi/7.6 bar
25 mm ∼ 90 psi/6.2 bar
28 mm ∼ 80 psi/5.5 bar
30 mm ∼ 75 psi/5.2 bar
Gravel:
32 mm ∼ 70 psi/4.8 bar
35 mm ∼ 60 psi/4.2 bar
40 mm ∼ 50 psi/3.5 bar
43 mm ∼ 40 psi/2.8 bar
50 mm ∼ 35 psi/2.5 bar
Mountain:
2.1"-2.4" ∼ 40 psi/ 2.5 bar
2.7"-3.1" ∼ 35 psi/ 2.5 bar

*We compared a bunch of tires from different manufacturers. The recommended pressures above are an average trend manufactures are suggesting. Especially, if you run a tubeless setup sticking to the proposed numbers will make sure your tire won't blow off the rim in a tricky riding situation. For a tubed setup you can add 10 psi or 0.75 bar to the recommendation. However, less is usually more – more speed, more traction, and more comfort. Please check what your tire sidewall says to make a final decision.

System weight (max.)*

Road: 24/24 spokes: 225 lbs/100 kg
Gravel: 28/28 spokes: 275 lbs/125 kg
Mountain: 32/32 spokes: 295 lbs/135 kg

*Our recommendation based on spoke count and our rim manufacturer's recommendations with a good safety margin. System weight means you in your kit (e.g. 170 lbs), your bicycle (e.g. 18 lbs), and your gear (e.g. bags, bottles, GPS, etc).
